Peach and Burrata Flatbreads start with toasted Naan bread and topped with fresh peaches, burrata and baked or smoked on the Traeger!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 come in a package)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 ripe peach sliced
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 oz balsamic glaze (vinegar section of grocery store)
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
Instructions
  1. Brush the olive oil evenly over the Naan flatbreads. Tear the the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place evenly over both flatbreads and top with fresh sliced peaches, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

  2. Oven: Place the Naan Flatbreads on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.

    Traeger Smoker: Place the flatbread on the Traeger grill grate preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

  3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over top and sprinkle with the fresh basil
