Air Fryer Goat Cheese Bites with Spicy Honey is an easy and deliciously crisp appetizer, perfect addition to a salad as well!
Add the goat cheese and chives to a bowl and gently fold until the chives and goat cheese are evenly mixed.
Roll the goat cheese into 10 balls and place on a plate or tray. Put in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Crack the egg in a bowl and beat with a fork. Put the panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each goat cheese ball into the egg and then into the panko, place right into the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with the olive oil spray and set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
While the goat cheese cooks in the air fryer, mix together the honey and Tabasco sauce.
Let the goat cheese balls sit in the air fryer for a few minutes before removing them (they easily fall apart the first few minutes), then serve with the spicy honey drizzled over top.
