A low carb spin on traditional fried rice with all the flavors and yumminess!
Cut the steak into bite size pieces. In a large skillet over medium high heat drizzle some sesame oil (or vegetable oil) and add the steak and 1 tsp soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Note: This can also be cooked on the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill at medium high heat.
Add a bit more sesame oil (or vegetable oil) to the same skillet over medium high heat, add the diced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the thawed cauliflower rice and peas and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger paste. Cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the beaten eggs and steak. Stir in and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve with extra soy sauce on the side and Sriracha if desired.
