A kid favorite for sure, and so easy to make!
In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, 1 packet ranch seasoning, and hot sauce (if using hot sauce).
Arrange the chicken in a 9x13 pan or into gallon size bags. Pour the buttermilk ranch mixture over top of chicken. Place in fridge for 24 hours.
Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture and place onto a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle each piece with kosher salt, pepper, and the other packet of dry ranch seasoning on all sides.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
