Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars have just a few ingredients and all made in one pan...buttery crescent rolls and a cinnamon cheesecake filling are so good together
Add the cream cheese blocks, 1 tsp of the ground cinnamon, 1 cup of the brown sugar, and vanilla to a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the stick of butter, remaining 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, and remaining 3 Tbsps brown sugar to a small saucepan. Set over medium heat and whisk until melted.
Lay 1 of the crescent rolls flat in a greased 9x13 dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll. Lay the other crescent roll flat over top of the filling. Pour the butter mixture evenly over top.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate at least two hours before cutting and serving.
