Ingredients
- 1 box honey cornbread mix or regular cornbread mix
- any additional ingredients listed on the cornbread mix box
- 1 pound already cooked smoked turkey sausage
- non stick cooking spray
Instructions

Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package directions.

Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray. Fill each muffin with a spoonful of the cornbread batter. (I used 2 muffin tins, 12 muffins in one tin, and only 6 in the second tin)

Cut the already cooked sausage into 18 pieces, place each piece in the center of the cornbread muffins.

Bake according to package directions on the cornbread box.
