Chicken Caesar Flatbreads are a quick, easy, and delicious meal made super simple using Naan flatbreads and a Caesar salad kit!

Ingredients
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx 1/2 to 3/4 pound)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in one package)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 10.8 oz bag Dole Chopped Caesar Salad Kit
Instructions
  1. Set a small skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 Tbsp of the olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, put the chicken in the skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Remove from skillet, let cool, and dice into bite size pieces.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil and garlic. Brush the Naan bread with the garlic oil.

  3. Place the Naan flatbreads on a lined baking sheet. Divide the diced chicken evenly on the flatbreads and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

  4. While the flatbreads bake in the oven, prepare the Caesar salad kit according to package directions.

  5. Let the flatbreads cool slightly and top them with some of the the prepared Caesar salad, serve any remaining Caesar salad on the side.
