Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are easy to make and very delicious!
Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, Old Bay, and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly mixed.
Put the buffalo sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil and simmer 1 minute, stirring until evenly mixed. Set aside.
Cook the chicken wings either of these two ways:
In the smoker: Place the chicken wings in a smoker set to 250 degrees for two and a half hours. Flip them halfway through. Brush with the garlic parmesan sauce during the last half hour of cooking. Check the internal temp to make sure they are at 170 degrees before serving.
In the oven: Place wings on a lined baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them halfway through. Brush with the garlic parmesan sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Serve the wings with remaining garlic parmesan sauce and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.
