Bang Bang Chicken Wings are baked to crispy perfection in the oven and brushed with a delicious and easy homemade bang bang sauce!

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds jumbo split chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • Optional for garnish: green onion or chives
Instructions
  1. Pat the wings dry with paper towels, place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.

  2. Whisk together the mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a wire baking rack over the baking sheet. Lay the wings in a single layer on the baking rack.

  4. Bake the wings in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, flip them and cook 20 more minutes. Brush the wings with the bang bang sauce, cook 5-8 minutes. Flip and brush them again, cook 5-8 more minutes.

  5. Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce on the side. Garnish with green onions if desired.
