Pork in a flavorful, easy sauce all baked in one pan for easy cleanup
Combine the pork, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and brown sugar in a bowl and let marinate overnight, or at least a few hours.
Line a 9 x 13 dish with foil. Pour in the pork and all the sauce. Make sure all the pork pieces are in a single layer.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn the heat up to 450 and bake an additional 15 minutes. Turn on the broiler for a charred, caramelized top for 5-6 more minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and serve with rice or veggies.
