
Spicy Crab Sushi Subs is my favorite sushi roll transformed into a sandwich with lots of sushi toppings for a fun lunch or dinner recipe!
Chop the crab and put in a bowl. Add the sriracha mayo and soy sauce. Stir until combined.
Toast your sub buns if desired. Fill each bun with avocado and the spicy crab mixture.
Add toppings of choice such as wasabi, pickled ginger, more sriracha mayo, ginger soy glaze, sesame seeds, and/or green onions.
