
Butter, sugar, and Fireball fill these apples and then smoked to perfection
Using a melon baller, scoop out the core of each apple (picture example in post above). Be careful not to poke through the bottom of the apples,
In each cored apple put 1/2 Tbsp butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons Fireball Whiskey, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Place the apples in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
To serve, cut each apple into slices on a plate or bowl. The liquid will run out, once the apples are sliced pour the liquid over the apple slices.
Suggested to serve as a dessert with ice cream or as a side dish with pork.
