Cut the bacon with kitchen scissors into bite size pieces into a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon 4-5 minutes until done. Set the bacon aside.
Remove some of the bacon grease, but leave some in the skillet. Put the chopped onion into the skillet over medium heat and cook 4-5 minutes until done.
Open the cans of baked beans and pour them into the skillet with the onion. Add the bacon, mustard, bbq sauce, brown sugar, and worchestire sauce. Stir until evenly mixed.
Place on a smoker set to 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring it a few times throughout.
