Honey Wasabi Salmon has a sweet and spicy marinade and glaze, plus it's a simple and easy dinner ready in under 30 minutes!
Add the honey, wasabi sauce. soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed.
Put half of this mixture in a bowl and set aside as a dipping sauce. Brush some of the other half on all sides of the salmon.
Cook according to one of these methods
Oven: Place the salmon skin side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven on the middle rack for 12 minutes, brushing with the sauce a few more times. Turn the broiler on high for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Air Fryer: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket skin side down, set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
Flat Top Griddle: Preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes, oil the griddle and place the salmon skin side down. Flip the salmon with a metal spatula after 4 minutes (the skin will most likely peel off easily while flipping). Cook 4 to 5 more minutes, flip again and brush with more sauce.
Serve with the extra sauce for dipping.
