Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • fresh herbs of choice (I added a few basil leaves, thyme leaves, parsley sprigs, and chives)
  • kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Use right away on salad of choice or as a veggie dip. Store leftovers in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
