Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 4 breasts)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a gallon size plastic bag.

  2. In a bowl add the remaining ingredients, whisk until it forms a thick paste. Add this to the bag with the chicken and massage the bag until evenly mixed. Marinate at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.

  3. Set the grill or Blackstone griddle to medium heat, place the chicken on (with a little cooking oil if griddling) and cook for 12 to 14 minutes (depending on how thick the chicken is), flipping a few times. Lower heat if needed.
