
Cottage Cheese Crab Rangoon Dip is a high protein dip recipe, lower in calories and perfect for parties, game day, or holidays!
Put the cottage cheese in a food processor with some Old Bay. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Put the blended cottage cheese in a bowl with the crab, 1 cup of the mozzarella, half of the sweet Thai chili sauce, most of the chives, and the lemon juice. Mix until combined and put in an 8x8 or 9x9 casserole dish.
Note: Taste for seasoning and add more Old Bay and/or lemon juice if desired.
Drizzle remaining sweet Thai chili sauce over top, add remaining cheese, and a sprinkle of Old Bay over top. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with remaining chives and serve with crackers or chips.
