Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • olive oil
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 8 oz container whipped cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Optional toppings such as sesame seeds, green onions and Ritz crackers for serving
Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Set a skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil. Once hot add the shrimp, season with old Bay, cook two to three minutes stirring a few times.

  2. Spread the whipped cream cheese in the bottom of an 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Cut the shrimp into very small pieces and toss with the Mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.

  3. Put the shrimp into the dish over the layer of cream cheese.

  4. Toss the panko bread crumbs with a little olive oil and old Bay seasoning until evenly combined. Put the panko mixture over top of the shrimp in an even layer.

  5. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the panko bread crumbs are nice and toasted. Serve with sesame seeds and green onions over top if desired and serve with Ritz crackers.
