Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayo or light mayo
  • 2/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2-4 tablespoons Sriracha (more or less according to spice preference)
  • 12 street taco size tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
  1. Set a skillet or your Blackstone griddle over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the olive oil is hot add the diced onions, cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add the garlic, ground chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the light mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha until evenly mixed to make the bang bang sauce.

  4. Add about 3/4 of the sauce to the chicken and stir until combined.

  5. Fill the warmed street taco size tortillas with some shredded carrots and red cabbage. Then place the bang bang chicken on top of the carrots and cabbage.

  6. Sprinkle with green onions if desired and serve the remaining sauce drizzled over top if desired.
