Ingredients
  • 2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese
  • 4 to 6 jalapenos seeds removed and diced
  • 10 to 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 2 packets dry ranch seasoning (equivalent to 4 tablespoons)
  • 3 cups shredded cheese of choice (I used Monterey Jack, save a cup of cheese to sprinkle over top at the end)
  • tortilla chips, crackers, or Fritos Scoops for dipping
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients (except the chips) into a 9x13 casserole dish or foil pan. No need to stir yet.

Note: I saved a cup of cheese, some bacon and a jalapeno to garnish the top.

  2. Place into a 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring a few times throughout.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, bacon, and jalapeno over top and leave in the oven for a few more minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or Fritos Scoops
