Air Fryer Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken is an easy 3 ingredient dinner recipe for the air fryer, panko crusted chicken thighs ready in minutes!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 3/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Season the chicken thighs on both sides with kosher salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket.

  2. Set half of the honey mustard aside for dipping, spoon the other half of the honey mustard on the top of each chicken thigh evenly. Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over top, pressing into the honey mustard slightly.

  3. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 19 to 21 minutes or until the internal temp of the chicken is above 165 degrees.

  4. Serve with remaining honey mustard for dipping.

Recipe Notes

Side Dish Option: Microwave a 12-ounce bag of green beans according to the package directions. Set a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, the green beans, kosher salt, pepper, and garlic herb seasoning. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring a few times. Serve with the chicken.
