
Air Fryer Greek Chicken is a complete healthy air fryer dinner recipe with veggies and an easy to make yogurt marinade and dipping sauce!
Put the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl, Stir until mixed.
Put the chicken pieces in a gallon size plastic bag along with a few spoonfuls of the yogurt sauce. Massage the bag until combined and marinate a few hours or overnight.
Put the peppers and onions in a bowl with the olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until combined and put them in the air fryer basket. Put the chicken in the air fryer basket with the veggies, attempting a single layer but overlapping is fine and sprinkle more kosher salt, pepper, and oregano over top.
Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with the remaining yogurt sauce for dipping and with toasted/ warm Naan or pita bread if desired.
