Air Fryer BBQ Trout is a simple recipe for a healthy seafood dish easily cooked in the air fryer so dinner is ready in no time!

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper
  • 4 trout fillets (mine were skinless steelhead trout fillets)
  • Optional: BBQ sauce
Instructions
  1. Put the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lime juice, BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.

  2. Brush this mixture over the trout fillets a few times to get a nice, thick layer.

  3. Put the trout in the fryer basket. Sprinkle more BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper over top. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

  4. Serve with BBQ sauce if desired.
