Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, pepper
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Optional: BBQ sauce
Instructions
  1. Put the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lime juice, BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.

  2. Brush some of the mixture over the two salmon fillets a few times to get a nice, thick layer. Toss the broccoli florets with the remaining mixture until even coated.

  3. Put the salmon and the broccoli in the fryer basket. Sprinkle more BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper over top. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Serve with BBQ sauce if desired.
