A super easy brussel sprouts recipe with lots of garlic and cheesiness

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz brussel sprouts cut in half
  • kosher salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Put the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the brussel sprouts cut side down for 5 minutes.

    Note: These can also be made on the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill over medium heat.

  2. Turn each brussel sprout over so the cut side is facing up, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Let this cook for 3 minutes. 

  3. Add the heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook 2-3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Note: If making these on the griddle use your hibachi spatulas to keep the cream from running away.

  4. Add the shredded cheese over top and let it melt. Taste for seasoning and add more kosher salt and pepper if needed.
