Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breasts start with already seasoned turkey stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon, baked or cooked on the Traeger
Use a small knife to cut a pocket in the side of each turkey breast. Stuff 2 oz cream cheese in each turkey breast.
Wrap 6 pieces of bacon around each turkey breast, overlapping slightly. Season all sides of the bacon with the cajun seasoning.
Cook according to one of these methods:
Oven- Place the turkey on a wire baking rack and place it over a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Traeger/ wood pellet smoker- Preheat the grill to 375 degrees. Place the turkey on the grill grate for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
