Honey Balsamic Steak Kabobs have a simple marinade that's big on flavor. Easy to make steak kabobs cooked on the grill or Blackstone griddle!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds flat iron steak
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Cut the steak into inch size cubes and place them in a gallon size plastic bag.

  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the bag with the steak. Massage the bag until evenly combined. Marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

  3. Put the steak on kabob skewers (if using wooden skewers soak in water for a few hours).

  4. Preheat the grill or Blackstone griddle to medium high heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
