Grillo's Fried Pickle Chips have a light breading and cooked to crispy perfection either deep fried or air fried, such a fun and easy snack
Put the flour and cornstarch in a bowl and mix until combined,
If deep frying:
Pour enough vegetable oil in a small saucepan about an inch or two deep. Set the saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 350 degrees. Coat the Grillo's Pickle Chips in the flour and cornstarch mixture. Gently place a few in the oil and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels. Repeat with remaining pickle chips.
If air frying:
Coat the Grillo's Pickle Chips in the flour and cornstarch mixture. Spray the pickle chips with the olive oil spray and set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
Mix the chipotle powder or cajun seasoning with the ranch dressing.
Serve the pickle chips with the seasoned ranch for dipping.
