Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayo (or nonfat greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 4 kabob skewers (if using wooden skewers soak for several hours in water)
Instructions
  1. Put the mayo (or nonfat greek yogurt), sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed to make the bang bang sauce.

  2. Cut the chicken into inch size pieces and put them in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the soy sauce, garlic, and 2 Tbsps of the bang bang sauce. Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.

  3. Put the chicken on the kabobs skewers. Grill over medium high heat for 10 minutes, turning a few times. Brush with more bang bang sauce during the last few minutes.

  4. Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.
