A creative way to enjoy leftover BBQ
Mix the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, set aside.
Mix the cornbread according to the package directions. Pour the batter into a waffle maker. Cook 3-4 minutes per batch.
Top the cornbread waffles with pulled pork and slaw. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
