A one pan nacho recipe with homemade pork carnitas!
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Lay chips on the baking sheet in a single layer (you may have some chips leftover).
Top with pork carnitas and cheese. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven, turn the broiler on high. Cook for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
If making the Spicy Southwest Sour Cream, in a bowl, combine sour cream, hot sauce, lime juice, and chili powder and Ground red pepper to taste.
Top with shredded lettuce, cilantro, jalapenos, sour cream or Spicy Southwest Sour Cream if desired.
