Smoked Old Bay Chicken Wings are seasoned with Old Bay and smoked until they are fall off the bone tender, also tossed with an Old Bay spicy butter!

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds jumbo split chicken wings
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps Old Bay seasoning
  • 5 Tbsps Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
  • 5 Tbsps butter melted
Instructions
  1. Pat the wings dry with paper towels, place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, 2 Tbsps of the Old Bay, 2 Tbsps of the hot sauce and toss until evenly mixed.

  2. Place the chicken wings in a smoker set to 250 degrees for two and a half hours. Flip them halfway through. Check the internal temp to make sure they are at 170 degrees before serving.

    Note, these can also be baked in the oven: Place wings on a lined baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them halfway through.

  3. Mix together the melted butter, remaining 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning, and remaining 3 Tbsps hot sauce. Toss the wings in this mixture and serve.
