Smoked Old Bay Chicken Wings are seasoned with Old Bay and smoked until they are fall off the bone tender, also tossed with an Old Bay spicy butter!
Pat the wings dry with paper towels, place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, 2 Tbsps of the Old Bay, 2 Tbsps of the hot sauce and toss until evenly mixed.
Place the chicken wings in a smoker set to 250 degrees for two and a half hours. Flip them halfway through. Check the internal temp to make sure they are at 170 degrees before serving.
Note, these can also be baked in the oven: Place wings on a lined baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them halfway through.
Mix together the melted butter, remaining 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning, and remaining 3 Tbsps hot sauce. Toss the wings in this mixture and serve.
