Ingredients
  • 1 bag pretzels (enough to cover a baking sheet)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
  • kosher or sea salt
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil, cover with nonstick spray, and lay pretzels in a single layer. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat add butter and brown sugar. Whisk slowly for 4-5 minutes until it's golden brown and bubbly.

  3. Pour caramel mixture over pretzels and put in oven for 5 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the bubbling caramel pretzels. Put back in the oven for 2 minutes. Using a rubber spatula spread the melty chocolate evenly. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least a half hour. Break the pretzel bark into bite size pieces. Store in the fridge.
