A light and healthy side dish that goes great with just about any dinner

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into florets
  • 2-3 lemon wedges
  • 2-3 Tbsp grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Lay your broccoli florets evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss evenly to coat.

  2. Arrange the broccoli so they are not touching each other to get them nice and crispy, squeeze some lemon juice over top. Roast in a 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Once removed from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese and an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
