Ingredients
Chicken Cordon Bleu Flautas
  • 8 taco size flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups ham diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • olive oil
Maple Dijon Sauce
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup light mayo
  • Optional: 1 tsp horseradish sauce for a little kick
Instructions
  1. If making the Maple Dijon sauce, just whisk together the ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 

  2. Lay your tortillas flat, in each tortilla put some ham, swiss cheese, and chicken.

  3. Roll each tortilla and place seam side down on a baking sheet.

  4. Brush all sides with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes in a 425 degree oven.

  5. Serve with honey mustard or the Maple Dijon sauce.
