Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Lay chicken in a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season both sides with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (longer if your chicken is thick)

  3. When cool, shred with your hands or a fork, or chop with a knife if you prefer diced chicken.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to use in a meal.
