Season the shrimp and veggies and and then the air fryer does all the work
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
Thinly slice the red pepper, yellow pepper, and red onion. Place the thin slices in the bowl with the shrimp.
Add the olive oil, garlic, fajita seasoning packet, paprika, and chili powder. Toss until evenly mixed.
Put half of the shrimp fajitas into the air fryer in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
Remove the first batch of shrimp fajitas from the air fryer basket and repeat with the other half.
Serve with warm tortillas and fajitas fixings of choice such as shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and/ or salsa.
