Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil on a flatbread crust and grilled to perfection
Lay the Naan bread on a tray. Brush the tops with the olive oil and garlic.
Divide the sliced mozzarella and tomatoes evenly on top of the Naan flatbreads. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Note: It is ok if there are gaps between the cheese slices, it will melt and spread out to cover the whole flatbread.
Place the Naan flatbreads on a grill preheated to 350 degrees. Close the lid for 10 to 14 minutes, checking occasionally. Once the cheese is melted and the Naan bread is crispy enough for you, remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh basil.
