Ingredients
  • 4 breakfast sausage patties
  • 4 eggs
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 bagel thins or english muffins
  • 4 slices cheese of choice
Instructions
  1. Lay the breakfast sausage patties in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the sausage and lay on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add kosher salt and pepper. In a medium size skillet over medium low heat add the butter. Once melted add the beaten eggs in a single layer. Cook 2 to 3 minutes and flip, cook one or two more minutes. Remove the egg from the pan and cut into 4 equal pieces.

  3. Lay the bottom part of the bagel or english muffin in the air fryer basket. Add a sausage patty to each and top with the cooked egg and a slice of cheese.

  4. Put the top of the bagel or english muffin on each sandwich. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.
