Ingredients
  • 4-5 fresh tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: toasted bread for dipping or topping
Instructions
  1. Dice the fresh tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.

  2. Cut the fresh mozzarella into cubes, similar in size as the tomatoes, and add them to the bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until evenly mixed.

  4. Serve right away, or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
