Crispy shrimp made simple in the air fryer
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat the egg.
Add the panko, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into another bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
Dip each shrimp into the egg, then into the panko mixture, press the panko into the shrimp and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer these may need to be cooked in two smaller batches.
Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray and set the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve with the Garlic Parmesan Ranch Dipping Sauce.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with the shrimp.
