A flavorful cajun lime wing that can be baked or smoked
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Add the cajun seasoning, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and Tabasco sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Cook the chicken wings according to one of the following methods:
In the oven: Place wings on a lined baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them halfway through.
Brush with the cajun lime sauce during the last 15 minutes.
In the smoker: Place the wings in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 and a half hours. Flip them them halfway through.
Brush with the cajun lime sauce during the last 15 minutes.
Use a thermometer to make sure they are 170 degrees.
Serve with the remaining cajun lime sauce on the side for dipping.
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until evenly combined.
