A cheesy, smoky jalapeno appetizer filled with BBQ pork
Cut each jalapeno in half, using a spoon scrape away the seeds and white ribs.
Note: Recommend to wear plastic gloves
Cut the block of cheese into 12 equal pieces that will fit in each jalapeno half.
Mix together the BBQ pulled pork and BBQ sauce.
Place a piece of cheese in each jalapeno half, top with the pulled pork, and wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeno. Brush more BBQ sauce over top.
Place the jalapenos in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 hours.
Let cool slightly and serve.
