Spicy sriracha shrimp grilled to perfection with a yummy dipping sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 kabob skewers (if using wooden skewers soak several hours in water)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps olive oil
  • Weber's Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp Sriracha (use more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste or minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Put the shrimp on the kabobs skewers (5 to 6 shrimp shrimp per skewer).

  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Brush the shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle all sides with the Garlic Sriracha seasoning.

  3. Grill over medium to medium high heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side.

  4. In a bowl mix together the mayo, Sriracha, and garlic.

  5. Serve the shrimp kabobs with the garlic Sriracha mayo for dipping.
