Place the chicken in a crock pot. Add the taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and salsa. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred with two forks right in the crock pot.
Optional step: Heat the tortillas by placing them in a large skillet over medium high heat for 20 seconds per side.
Fill the street size soft tortillas with some of the chicken, drizzle ranch dressing over top, and top with lettuce and cheese.
