Such a simple marinade that's BIG on flavor for this juicy chicken
Place the chicken in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the Caribbean Jerk seasoning, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and ground red pepper if using.
Massage the bag until evenly mixed. Marinate in the fridge several hours or overnight.
When ready to grill, sprinkle lightly with kosher salt and pepper. Grill over medium to medium high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve with a lime wedge to squeeze over top.
