Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 8 cooked sausage links (I used Maple sausage links)
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, kosher salt, and pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork.

  2. Set a small skillet over medium low heat and add 1 tablespoon of the butter. Add the eggs and cook 3 to 4 minutes, scrambling as they cook with a spatula.

  3. Separate the triangle pieces of crescent roll dough and lay them flat.

  4. Add some scrambled eggs to each, then a cooked sausage link and half slice of cheese. Roll each one up and place in the air fryer basket.

Note: I cooked my sausage links in the air fryer set to 370 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes, or you could use precooked links.

  5. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.

  6. Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and mix together with the maple syrup. Brush this over the roll ups during the last few minutes of cooking.
