Ingredients
  • 1 10 oz container hummus (I used Sabra)
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber (I used English cucumber)
  • 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper (from a jar)
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • olive oil
  • Items to dip: Stonefire Naan Dippers (toasted), crackers, carrots, pepper slices, mini sweet peppers
  • Optional board items: banana peppers, roasted cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Spread the hummus in the center of a charcuterie or cutting board, leave space around the edges to include items to dip and any optional items.

  2. Arrange the diced cucumber, diced roasted red pepper, feta cheese, and toasted pine nuts in the center of the hummus. Drizzle some olive oil over top.

  3. Arrange items to dip around the loaded hummus such as toasted naan dippers, crackers, carrots, and/or peppers. Also include optional charcuterie board items if desired such as banana peppers, roasted cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and/or lemon wedges.
