Hoisin Turkey Lettuce Wraps are an easy and healthy meal, a one pan recipe with flavorful turkey topped with sriracha Mayo!
Set a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, diced onion, shredded carrots, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes stirring a few times.
Add the garlic and ground turkey. Cook 3 to 4 minutes stirring a few times and breaking apart the turkey as it cooks.
Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, cook 3 to 4 more minutes stirring a few times.
Let the turkey mixture come to room temperature. Then fill the lettuce wraps with the turkey and top with sriracha mayo and sesame seeds.
