Air Fryer Indian Spiced Chicken Thighs has the chicken marinating for hours in traditional Indian spices, then air fried until crispy!
Put the chicken thighs in a gallon size plastic bag. Put the soy sauce or coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, garam masala, Curry powder, ground turmeric, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes into the bag with the chicken.
Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge at least an hour or overnight.
Put the chicken thighs, skin side up, in the air fryer and sprinkle more kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes over top. Set the air fryer temp to 390 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until the internal temp is above 165 degrees.
Note: Cook time will depend on the size of the chicken thighs.
